Cancellation Policy
Kate has a 20 % cancellation fee if the cancellation happens with less than 24 hours notice.
We understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel your appointment. But, if you are unable to make the appointment, please notify Kate at 641-425-6068 as soon as possible to avoid said fee and get rescheduled.
